Back to topThese terms apply when you or your organisation use WorkPro. By creating a workspace or signing in you agree to them.
Your organisation’s administrators control who is invited, which roles they hold and what they can see. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and second factor safe.
Do not use WorkPro for unlawful activity, to send unsolicited email, to store malicious content, or to probe or disrupt the service or other customers.
Your organisation owns the data it puts into WorkPro. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
When you connect Gmail or SMTP, messages are sent from your own account. You are responsible for the content you send and for honouring unsubscribe requests.
Paid plans are billed in advance per active user. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; changes apply from the next billing period.
We aim for continuous availability and announce planned maintenance in advance. Service credits for the Business and Enterprise plans are described in your order form.
The service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.
