This policy explains what information WorkPro collects, why we collect it and how you stay in control of it. It applies to our website and to every organisation workspace hosted on WorkPro.
Account details (name, work email, role), the records your organisation enters (projects, tasks, time logs, employee files, attendance, clients, invoices, expenses, job applications) and technical data such as sign-in times, IP addresses and device type.
If your organisation switches on geofenced attendance, the WorkPro app records your location only at the moment you clock in or out, and only to check it against your workplace zones. We never track location in the background.
To provide and secure the service, send the notifications and emails your organisation has configured, produce the reports you ask for, and improve WorkPro. We never sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Every organisation is a separate tenant. Its records are only visible to the people it has invited, within the permissions its administrators grant. Every sensitive change is written to an audit log.
Applicants who apply through a careers page and clients who use the client portal are covered by the privacy notice of the organisation they deal with; WorkPro processes their data on that organisation’s behalf.
Records are kept while your organisation’s account is active. Administrators can export or delete their data at any time; backups roll off within 30 days.
You can ask for a copy of your data, for corrections, or for deletion. Contact your organisation’s administrator first, or write to us using the contact page.
